'Fortnite' Season 7, Week 1 Secret Battle Star: Snowfall Location Map

It's one of the lamest locations, but at least it's easy.

Due to the excitement around Season 7 Week 1 in Fortnite: Battle Royale, more players than usual are going to be diving right for that tiny submarine stuck on top of a snowy mountain. And they’ll be doing more than just dancing.

Fortnite Season 7 began Thursday morning, replacing last season’s Hunting Party challenges with a new set called “Snowfall.” Players that complete all seven of the challenges each week unlock the secret Snowfall loading screen. This will always feature a clue leading to either a secret Battle Star or a hidden banner. In Week 1, the big “secret” is indeed a coveted Battle Star, but it’s in a very weird spot: the same exact location that players have to dance on top of for a Week 1 challenge.

Remember that small submarine everyone had to dance on top of for the Week 1 challenge? The secret Battle Star is located directly on top of that same submarine, exactly where most of us danced to complete the Challenge.

This one's easy, but more importantly, give me that dog right now.

The loading screen makes it abundantly clear that there’s a Battle Star on top of a vehicle in the background. And even though it kind of looks like one of the new airplanes, it’s actually a submarine that got stuck there when the small ice continent emerged out of the water.

The location should be perhaps the single easiest of its kind for players to find, mainly because they’ve already been there this week for another challenge.

Here's where to find the secret Battle Star for the Week 1 Snowfall challenge.

Because it’s a narrow peak and there’ll be lots of people landing on it for this and the regular challenge, it’s essential that anyone trying to claim this Battle Star does it at the very start of their match. Not only is it a pain to deal with enemy players, but it’s also incredibly difficult to build ramps up to the peak.

According to the in-game countdown, Fortnite Season 7 doesn’t end until February 27, 2019. So players have plenty of time to complete the Week 1 challenges before moving on to claim this secret Snowfall Battle Star.

Here’s a look at the new winter wonderland that is Fortnite: Battle Royale Season 7 in the new trailer.
