Maggie Lovitt is a freelance writer at Inverse. She can be found at Your Money Geek as the Managing Editor of Entertainment and at Collider as a Weekend News Editor. She has additional bylines a Polygon and Dorkside of the Force.

In addition to writing and editing, she is the host of ‘Starbucks Lovers: A Taylor Swift Podcast,’ a co-host on ‘The Outer Rim Beacon’ and ‘Petticoats & Poppies: History Girls at the Movies’ and the host of ‘Let’s Talk About Star Wars’ on YouTube. When she’s not wreaking havoc on the internet, Maggie can be found writing screenplays and novels. In the past two years, her screenplays (a combination of pilots, features, and shorts) have gained a number of accolades on the competition circuit.

Maggie is a member of the Hollywood Critics Association, a member of the Screen Actors Guild, and CherryPicks Approved.
