7. Equilibrium

Equilibrium takes place in a bog-standard sci-fi dystopia elevated only by its style. It’s silly and overwrought, but its visual flair and signature “gun kata” action scenes are extremely entertaining.

6. Doom

Doom was shot partially from a first-person perspective to mirror the video game it’s based on. It’s far from a successful experiment, but it’s unique enough to at least give it a shot.
