Scream Queens: Dorkus; The Final
Finally we find out whodunnit. The bigger question: who didn't?
Scream Queens is loaded with nasty people saying nasty things to and about each other—but the nastiest parts tend to be the very nasty DEATHS.
Tonight’s show was the finale—now we shall learn: Who is the Red Devil killer?
Pete admits he was a Red Devil, but not the only one. He says Boone was also a Red Devil. He told Grace all this before he was killed by a—yup, a Red Devil.
Apparently this guy is a Red Devil.
Or not. He’s actually just a pizza man who made the mistake of delivering to the Kappa house. He’s been framed, and dynamite has been strapped to his body…but he’s innocent. (And exploded.)
But who did the framing?
Not Hester. Or…is it? Even with a shoe in the eye, she’s not dead. In fact, she’s got enough strength to accuse Chanel, Libby, and Sadie (Chanels 1, 5, 3) of being the killers!
But nope, IT WAS HESTER. (Who, by the way, stuck that shoe in her OWN eye to help get away with her crimes.) She used Pete and Gigi to kill who she needed killed, then ended up bumping them off as well.
But we learn this through Hester’s mid-show monologue. Meanwhile, the Chanels argue among each other, like always, accusing each other—working right into Hester’s plot—leading the police captain to arrest #1, #3 and #5, basically just to shut them up.
A year later, the Chanels are still in jail. Dean Munsch and Hester seem happy, but the Dean tells Hester she knows it was all her, and she’s going to the authorities. Hester says she’s not completely guilty, and then reminds Munsch she killed her own husband…the two back off and go their separate ways.
The Chanels…
… get sent to an asylum for life, the rap officially taken for good…
…which doesn’t save Chanel Oberlin from her obvious, horror movie-style stabbing at the close of the show.
The End…Scream Queens, in the books.
