We've Found the Most Relaxing Mattress You Can Buy

We’ve been lucky enough to review a ton of mattresses but few have impressed us as much as TEMPUR-Pedic’s TEMPUR-ProAdapt mattress. We’ve spent the last few weeks testing it out and we have to tell you how much we loved this mattress. As far as price goes this is on the higher end of the ones we’ve reviewed but we also believe that the price is worth it for the kind of rest we’ve had.

TEMPUR-Pedic has a series of mattresses designed for ultimate comfort. There’s the TEMPUR-breeze, the TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt, amongst many others. Each are designed differently and to your preference level. The ProAdapt (we had the medium mattress) is designed to adapt to your body and comfort level. They do this a few different ways.

First, they use a SmartClimate Dual Cover System. This means that when you’re sleeping you won’t be sweating. This mattress is designed to keep you cool in the summer and keep you comfortable with the heat blasting in the winter.

Second, the TEMPUR Comfort Layer is designed to adapt to your body to give you the support you need. TEMPUR-Pedic isn’t the only mattress company to offer this. Many companies design their memory foam to work to the contures of your body to provide the restful experience that’s best suited for you.

TEMPUR-APR Support layers is the final component. This one is made to relieve pressure on your body and allow you to get a deeper, more restful sleep.

We’ll admit that every mattress company you see claims to have one or all of these features. Everyone claims to give you a restful sleep and a mattress that is built and adapts specifically to your body. So while what TEMPUR-Pedic is offering isn’t revolutionary in concept, it should get high marks for being flawless at it’s execution.

First, unlike so many of it’s competitors in the marketplace now, the Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt doesn’t come in a box. It’s a White Glove Delivery service. They bring it in, they set it up and it’s ready for use. This means you don’t have to content with the “inflate” time that some of the competitors need. The price may justify the service, but we welcomed it and the delivery was on time and fairly quick.

Second, the mattress was everything we wanted and more. We were amazed at how nice this mattress felt from the start. There wasn’t a lot of adjustment, and we had a good night sleep from the first night. We wouldn’t have held it against them had the first night been less than perfect as a new mattress can take some breaking in. Still, this wasn’t the case here. The mattress was a perfect combination of firm but comfortable. It adapted just as advertised, and we were able to sink right in and get to sleep.

We also thought medium was the perfect way to go here. There’s soft, medium hybrid and firm to choose from but this felt perfect for us, though we know anyone who reads this will have their own preferences.

As for the price, as we said this is one of the higher priced items on the market. Coming in at $2,999 makes this a real commitment, but we think it’s worth every penny. With a 90 night trial we don’t think you’ll need more than the first couple of nights to be convinced that this is a best in class mattress. It also comes with a 10-year warranty which includes free repair or replacement.

And if you’re worried about price at all they do have financing options that can be paid out with 0% APR for up to 48 months. With most things you get what you pay for and while there are some very good value buy options on the market, we think you can do no better than this incredible mattress. Get this mattress and choose to get a great night’s sleep.
