When can I watch The Punisher Season 2?
Marvel’s The Punisher begins streaming on Netflix in 2019. A December 12 tweet by the Netflix account @NX shared a January 2019 release calendar that included Season 2 of The Punisher, although the graphic did not include a specific release date. Still, “January 2019” is still a safe bet.
What is the story of The Punisher Season 2?
An exact plot synopsis has not been revealed. However, you can expect the plot to pick up where Season 1 left off. The season finale ended with Billy Russo (Ben Barnes) horribly scarred by his fight against Frank Castle, setting him up to become the supervillain Jigsaw.
Where is the trailer for Season 2?
A trailer has not yet been revealed, though based on some recent teasers, like the Instagram image below of the Punisher guns blazing, it could arrive any day now.
Who’s starring in The Punisher Season 2?
Several of the show’s original cast will return, including (of course) Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle. Supporting returns include Ben Barnes as Billy Russo, Amber Rose Revah as federal agent Dinah Madani, and Jason R. Moore as Curtis Hoyle, a military veteran who counsels Frank Castle.
Newcomers include Josh Stewart (Shooter) as John Pilgrim, Floriana Lima (Supergirl) as Krista Dumont, Giorgia Whigham (13 Reasons Why, MTV’s Scream) as Amy Bendix, Corbin Bernsen (L.A. Law) as Anderson Schultz, and Annette O’Toole (Superman III) as Eliza Schultz. Only one of those characters is a pre-existing Marvel character, and none of them are superheroes.
