The lucky attendees of the Star Trek: Discovery premiere event in Hollywood will get the chance to boldly go before the rest of the world and watch the premiere episode. But just because you can’t attend the premiere doesn’t mean you can’t see the Discovery stars on the red carpet.
On Monday, CBS announced that Star Trek fans would be able to stream the red carpet event live on the Star Trek: Discovery Facebook page, starting Tuesday at 5 p.m. PST, 8 p.m. EST.
The event will feature plenty of special guests, such as cast members Sonequa Martin-Green (First Officer Michael Burnham), Michelle Yeoh (Captain Philippa Georgiou), Jason Isaacs (Captain Gabriel Lorca), Anthony Rapp (Lieutenant Paul Stamets), Shazad Latif (Lieutenant Ash Tyler), Mary Wiseman (Cadet Sylvia Tilly), Doug Jones (Lieutenant Saru), Mary Chieffo (L’Rell), James Frain (Ambassador Sarek), Rainn Wilson (Harry Mudd), Kenneth Mitchell (Kol), Sam Vartholomeos (Ensign Connor), Wilson Cruz (Dr. Hugh Culber), as well as some Star Trek: Discovery’s creators.
Cast members of previous Star Trek series are also set to make an appearance.
If you need something to tide you over until the official premiere of Discovery, this might do the trick.
