The new Star Wars comic books published by Marvel have been introducing totally in-canon, legitimate characters and adventures that are a part of Star Wars as lightsabers and midi-chlorians (groan). This week, Star Wars #6 introduced someone no one thought existed: Sana Solo.

Marvel's newest Star Wars comics chronicle the events after the destruction of the Death Star from A New Hope. And they're legit, as established last year at their announcement at San Diego Comic-Con.
Making Han Solo a married man doesn't change much for the beloved movies filmed and released more than thirty years ago. But it is fun to recontextualize the laid-back bounty hunter with knowledge that he's got a real lady somewhere out in a galaxy far, far away.
