Frank Castle is going to unleash hell upon the criminals of New York City in the highly anticipated Punisher standalone series, set to premiere sometime this fall. But Marvel and Netflix are already gearing up for it at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con with new posters for both The Punisher and The Defenders.

Entertainment Weekly revealed the Punisher poster and a new poster for the soon-to-premiere Defenders series on Friday in preparation for next week’s Comic-Con. The Punisher poster, drawn by Marvel Entertainment Chief Creative Office Joe Quesada, will be distributed at a signing on Friday, July 21, at 3:30 p.m. PT at the Marvel Booth, #2329; the Defenders poster, drawn by Marvel TV Creative Director Joshua James Shaw, will be available during a signing for the show on Saturday, July 22, at 10 a.m. PT at the Marvel Booth, as well.

The Punisher poster features Frank (Jon Bernthal) in full Punisher mode, a bolt-action rifle resting over one shoulder and blood splattered across his face and torso. Last time anyone saw Frank was at the end of Daredevil Season 2, and it seems he’s ready to dole out some more violent, morally questionable justice in his standalone series.

Meanwhile, the Defenders — Matt Murdock’s Daredevil (Charlie Cox), Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), Luke Cage (Mike Colter), and Danny Rand’s Iron Fist (Finn Jones) — look out over a colorful Manhattan skyline, ready to grudgingly team up to take on a mutual threat.

The Defenders premieres on Netflix on August 18, with The Punisher premiering sometime this fall.
