Deadpool isn’t returning for his official sequel for another year, but in the meantime, fans have crafted some pretty good, gory, and guffaw-worthy Deadpool stories of their own. One group of YouTubers channeled a new Disney remake for a very well-made video parody of Beauty and the Beast’s boasting song, “Gaston.”
Spoiler alert: The Merc With a Mouth makes Gaston look like a perfect altar boy.
The video, which was written and directed by Julian Higgins, follows Deadpool as he enters a dingy, unfriendly bar. As the barkeep and patrons sing about how much they hate Wade Wilson, Deadpool summarily slaughters all of them while sing-bragging about how “No one flips like Deadpool / Changes clips like Deadpool.”
Spider-Man, Rogue, Psylocke, Black Widow, and Wolverine all make cameos, and all of Deadpool’s fellow Marvel heroes seem to only begrudgingly tolerate him at best.
