Kia dropped another crumb of info before its unabashedly large electric SUV debuts in late March. We already saw a conceptual version of the EV9 that featured a boxier exterior.

Now, we get a real look into the spacious interior and all the features that make this full-size SUV stand out even more.

Up front, Kia changed up the headlights with a signature “Digital Tiger Face.” A lot of EVs lean into the futuristic look and the EV9 is no different with its pixelated light clusters.

Inside, the two 12.3-inch touchscreens and a five-inch segment display make up the panoramic dashboard.

Since the EV9 sits on Kia’s flat Electric Global Modular Platform, or E-GMP for short, there’s plenty of interior space. You can opt for a six- or seven-seat configuration for the SUV.

Whichever format you go for, you can swivel the second-row seats around to face the third row. The lounge vibes are complete with cup holders and charging ports in the third row.

Kia will officially launch the EV9 later this month, giving us a solid choice for an affordable three-row SUV, especially if you don’t want to shell out the money for a Mercedes-Benz EQS or a Tesla Model X.
