In mice, scientists found white mushroom extract suppressed androgen receptor activity.

Androgens, a male sex hormone, can promote the growth of prostate cancer cells.

The study suggests the chemicals in white button mushrooms, in turn, could reduce levels of a prostate-specific antigen in blood.

Soy foods, like edamame, have also been shown to reduce the risk of developing prostate cancer.

In a 2017 study, men given one can of tomato juice a day for six weeks showed better “sperm motility.”

That means how fast they could wiggle and swim. Sperm motility affects fertility.

No joke: nuts are also linked to better overall sperm quality.

These health heavy hitters are high in vitamin E, which is also beneficial to sperm health.

Spinach is rich in magnesium, which can maintain testosterone levels and boost physical performance in men.
