What happened — Apple launched its macOS Catalina 10.15.1 update on Tuesday. This update is the first major one since the company officially released macOS Catalina in early October. The update covers an assortment of improvements, including the introduction of 70 new emojis, support for the AirPods Pro, enhanced support for the HomeKit Secure Video, increased audio privacy settings for Siri, and more.
