This 'Assassin's Creed' controller is fit for Odin himself
The good news is, this controller is sick. The bad news is, you can't buy it... yet.
If you're a fan of the Assassin's Creed franchise, chances are you were smitten when November broughtanother installment, Valhalla, which casts players as a Viking raider caught in a conflict between the Brotherhood of Assassins and the Templar Order.
If you're a really big Assassin's Creed fan, however, playing the game might not be enough to satiate your fix. Luckily, we've got something that might help...
This controller (a Revolution Pro Controller 3 made by Nacon Gaming) is about as Assassin's Creed as it gets. The exterior is made to resemble a wood grain (we presume to mimic the handle of a weapon) while the thumbsticks and buttons are emblazoned with runes.
There's also this big ol' insignia on the center plate.
And a leather strap... just like in the game.
If you're a mega-fan of Assassin's Creed and have money to spare, you're probably thinking, how do I (literally) get my hands on this. On that front, we have good and bad news.
While the controller is definitely real, there are currently only three of these bad boys in existence, and in order to actually get one, you have to enter a contest put on by Ubisoft on Facebook.
Those stipulations for actually getting one of these controllers aren't exactly ideal, but there's always hope that enough interest may prompt Nacon to make more, or potentially similar controllers for fans itching to live the full Viking-flavored Assassin's Creed experience.
