Four years since its last update, Microsoft has finally updated its all-in-one Surface Studio desktop computer with the new Studio 2+.
The Surface Studio 2+ looks identical to the previous model with the major changes being internal.
It’s powered by an 11th Gen Intel Core i7 CPU and Nvidia GTX 3060 GPU. It’s got 1TB of SSD and 32GB of RAM.
In terms of ports: There are three USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-A 3.1 ports, a headphone jack, and an Ethernet port. Gone is the SDXC slot.
Illustrators will love the Surface Pen support.
We wish the bezels were thinner.
One of the coolest things about the Studio 2+ is the screen that angles down.
If you’ve got a Surface Dial, the Studio 2+ works with it, too.
The Surface Studio 2+ is not cheap: $4,299 without a keyboard and mouse or $4,499 with a keyboard, mouse, Surface Pen, and Surface Dial.
