Alternatively, there’s a 12th Gen Intel CPU for $100 less ($1,099). The Arm-based Surface Pro 9 with Windows 11 costs at least $1,299.

This year, the Surface Pro 9 comes in platinum (silver), graphite (gray). New colors include sapphire (blue) and forest (green).

Also, there’s a special edition paisley Surface

Price and release date

The base model of the Surface Pro 9 will start at $999 and be released on October 25.
