The Xbox Series X has been frustratingly difficult to track down since its release. If you haven’t managed to pick one up yet, that may actually be a good thing...

especially if you’re a Halo fan.

During Gamescom Opening Night Live 2021, Microsoft announced a limited edition Xbox Series X bundle and Elite Controller that had Halo diehards salivating.

#1: The console features gray and black paneling split up by gold accents, with a blue and white starfield on top.

#2: The stars extend to the very top of the console, which has a blue accent under its cooling vents (“Inspired by Cortana,” Microsoft says).

Halo-themed startup and shutdown noises will replace the Xbox Series X default sounds.

#3: It comes bundled with a slick controller decked out in the same color scheme as the console, gold accents and all.

#4: The limited edition bundle will set you back $549 — kind of a steal considering it comes with a copy of Halo Infinite, so don’t expect it to be available for long.

If you want more Master Chief, you can also pick up the new Halo Infinite Elite Series 2 controller.

#5: Its design is based on Master Chief’s Spartan armor, with green paneling and gold accents on the D-pad.

#6: Like all Elite controllers, it comes with textured grips, back buttons, a rechargeable battery, and tons of customization options.

#7: You can adjust the sensitivity of its thumbsticks and triggers, and even swap out components like the D-pad with a set of accessories that come bundled in a carrying case.

#8: For all that, the Halo Elite controller will set you back $199, $20 more than a standard Elite Series 2 controller.

#9: The Halo Infinite Xbox Series X bundle and Elite controller will be available on November 15, 2021, the 20th anniversary of Halo.
