Who is he?

Unfortunately, he dies in the main universe, but other versions exist across the multiverse.

Who are they! The Meeseeks Box is a gadget that creates a friendly Mr. Meeseeks with each press of the button. Powder-blue humanoids with large mouths and tufts of red-orange hair, each Mr. Meeseeks exists for the sole purpose of accomplishing a task assigned to it with a lot of enthusiasm. Once they complete it, they cease to exist. They first appeared in Season 1’s “Meeseeks and Destroy" and aside from a brief cameo in Season 2, returned for a few scenes in the Season 4 premiere.

Who is he?
This shrill alien is a long-time family friend of the Smiths, and he's arguably one of the most important characters in Rick and Morty. He debuted in Season 2's "Total Rickall" and has since appeared in every season's post-credits sequence. Rick recruited him into his random crew in Season 4's "One Crew Over The Crewcoo's Morty" in a spectacular fight sequence in a college classroom.
