6. Battleship

May 31

Battleship is mostly interesting for how weird of a concept it is. You can almost hear Hasbro execs thinking, if people like comic book movies, why not board game movies? Still, if you’re interested in flashy CGI aliens and hilariously bad dialogue, Battleship fits the bill.

5. Blade trilogy

May 31

Before there was the MCU, there was Blade, a fun but somewhat forgotten vampire superhero flick. The entire original trilogy leaves at the end of the month, but if you’re pressed for time, you can skip the third, Blade: Trinity.

4. Final Destination 5

May 31

The Final Destination horror series started as a vehicle for scary slapstick deaths and hasn’t changed a bit. Parts three, four, and five are leaving Netflix this month, and Final Destination 5 is the best-reviewed movie in the series.

Warner Bros.
3. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles trilogy

May 31

Are the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies great sci-fi? No. But they’re a perfect dose of nostalgia for a truly absurd ‘90s phenomenon that is worth checking out while they’re still streaming.

2. Terminator 3

May 31

While it doesn’t come close to the first two classics, Terminator 3 is still a great sci-fi action movie that respects and expands the series’ long-running time-travel story.

Warner Bros.
1. The Bourne Ultimatum

May 31

The Jason Bourne movies are solid all-around, but The Bourne Ultimatum is the best by far. This stylish globe-trotting adventure follows a superspy with amnesia who just can’t catch a break. You’ll probably want to watch the first two movies before diving in.
